Hugo Bike is a Czech company specializing in the production of handmade electric scooters with an emphasis on performance, quality and component longevity. Each model is built with the utmost care and designed for specific riding styles and loads. Our cooperation has been going on for more than 7 years. During this time, siliXcon has acted as a supplier control units, which are a key element in the performance and reliability of Hugo Bike electric scooters.

Smart power management and battery protection

As of 2023, all batteries of the X / S.E.N. equipped with a unique „smart“ BMS. For Hugo Bike we have prepared a control unit together with control software enabling communication with the BMS via CAN bus.

The control unit uses a special program to:

• automatically adjusts the operating parameters,
• prevents overloading of the battery and motor,
• Optimizes energy delivery based on real-time conditions,
• thus significantly extending the overall life of the battery and the drive system.

The result is a reliable and intelligent solution that delivers high performance while maintaining maximum protection for key components.

High-performance engines

The motors used in the Hugo Bike electric scooters range from 250 W up to 10 kW, with peak power of up to 15 kW in the most powerful variants. The highest model ranges use special control units Silixcon SX/SC, that allow maximum control over performance and safety.
