We are a Czech company based in Boršov nad Vltavou in South Bohemia. The HUGO e-scooter boasts our timeless design and handmade production. We have been on the market since 2011, when a team of four enthusiasts created the HUGO Bike brand, secured its certification and produced the first prototypes. The HUGO Bike, represented by the logo of a rabbit with fluttering ears, symbolizes freedom of movement and the joy of riding.
